Web Questions You Need to Answer:
How long will I have this website?
Where will this rank in my business? (compared to Newspapers, Walk Ins, etc.)

Printing Questions You Need to Answer:
Who will be printing my design? (I can supply/recommend a printer in most cases.)
What Colors can/do I afford/want? (4 color, Spot Color, etc.)
How many copies will I be printing?

I need to know as much detail as possible, this makes it easier for both of us getting our project done in a timely manner.

All graphics are e-mailed or posted online for you to download. If you wish to receive them on media (CD or ZIPdisk), an additional fee per media is added on to original contract unless otherwise noted. ($20 per ZIP Disk and $10 per CD)

Revisions of designs after completion of a project is acceptable under an hourly wage. Note: Over 8 hours in 1 work day will cause additional fees.

A down payment is commonly 10% of the total estimated cost of the project. The down payment is non-refundable. Given a payment isnt made in the alloted time, the contract, payments and total price included, are considered null and void until a recent contract is written. In the event that complete payment is never received for completed graphics, I, Michael Daniels, retain all rights to said graphics and may re-sell them and redistribte them as appropriate. I will *never* redistribute any custom graphics that have been paid for in their entirety, as they become property of the purchaser.
